At MVNFlights, we aim to make your travel booking experience smooth and transparent. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings made through our platform.

1. General Cancellation Rules

  • All cancellations are subject to the specific airline’s policies and fare rules selected at the time of booking.
  • Some fares may be non-refundable or carry strict cancellation charges.
  • MVNFlights service fees and booking charges are non-refundable in all cases.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the airline’s rules.
  • Refunds are only possible for refundable fares and within the eligible cancellation window.
  • Partial refunds may apply if cancellation occurs after certain deadlines.

3. Processing Time

Refund processing times vary depending on the airline and payment method. Generally, refunds may take 7–20 business days to reflect in your account after confirmation from the airline.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to board your flight without prior cancellation, it will be treated as a “no-show,” and no refund will be issued.

5. Modification of Bookings

Changes to bookings (such as rescheduling, name corrections, etc.) are subject to airline rules and may involve additional fees. MVNFlights service charges may apply.

6. Force Majeure Situations

In events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or airline operational issues, cancellation and refund rules will follow airline guidelines. MVNFlights is not liable for such disruptions.
